Do we have enough footballing runners to create URWFRC FC, for the occasional inter-club friendly, or should I be saying that we're too committed to running to be actively participating in football ?
You're absolutely right - Leeds should have kept O'Leary. After the intial excitement of the first couple of games or so under Ell Tel, things seem to be falling apart.
Abysmal against Arsenal, but for me the Villa result was even worse ... we were very very lucky to get a point.
Hi, we're back to proper footy tomorrow - God, how I've missed it after these crap internationals.
Why not just dispense with these boring qualifiers and just put England into the finals? - despite Wednesday, we all know they're going to get through, whilst the rest of the home nations will miss out as usual.
Seaman? Listen mate the critics hounded Shearer into retirement from Englad aaaaand he's playing brill for us...... I was happy to see him focus on the Toon.
Seaman will benefit from the same decision who to replace? Robinson's etter than Calamity James
Like your response Snoop. I still feel that Spunky is still an international 'keeper and the best that we've got. Despite all the memorable incidents, I don't think that they were as bad as the media have him out to be. I think Ronaldinho meant to do it. I think that the Macedonian took a good corner (albeit a bit cheeky). When Beckham done Sullivan from the half way line, he became a national treasure. No one hounded Sullivan out. From his QPR days he was never a diving sort of 'keeper, but focused more on his positional sense and the shuffling across accordingly with good handling, rather than diving and pulling off a 'spectacular' save tipping it out for a corner. He's still England's no. for me. I'm not a Gooner, but just a football fan. Robinson looks good, but from what I've seen from Arsenal's no. 2 (Taylor?) he's definitely one for the future also.

any bets on what the record will end up at?
Could be brilliant final at the theatre of nightmares in May -not sure we'll be there but there could be some good teams there -but none ending in utd

Im too full of sweetness and light to join the dark side (well dont comprehend it anyway)

What is the best price I can expect from a bookies - McCrathy to manage the Makems of Sunderland and third major signing to be Roy Keane?

However, I would like to see him retire from international football, and keep himself for the Club games, as it must take its toll.
It's all very well the media calling for him to retire from England, but the bigger problem is who to replace him with?
All the contenders have fallen by the wayside recently - James? - they're joking, aren't they??
"mine eyes have seen the glory"
