Clarendon Way Marathon 2012

The Clarendon Way Marathon claims to be the Carlsberg of cross country marathons! It’s not for the faint-hearted, but runners come back year after year.

The race is a point to point multi-terrain marathon over beautiful, undulating countryside and this year, 2012, it takes place on Sunday 7th October.

The route starts at 10.30am at the Godolphin School in Salisbury. Runners then head into the stunning Wiltshire and Hampshire countryside before reaching the finish line at Kings’ School in Winchester.

This year, Trinity Winchester has secured guaranteed places for two brave runners wishing to take part in support of Trinity and rise to the added challenge of raising £500 in sponsorship to help support our vital work in the community.

If you are interested and would like to hear what Trinity can offer you in return, please contact Sophie Davies on 01962 842 827 or at sophie@trinitywinchester.org.uk. But don’t drag your heels ! The registration deadline is 29 September and demand is likely to be high!

Trinity Winchester is a Hampshire based charity that provides practical and emotional support to people who are homeless or vulnerably housed. We operate both a drop-in day service, and a Women’s Service, from our base at Bradbury House in Winchester.
