Dull heel pain..

Hey I have a weird dull heel pain on just my left foot. It is right at the back of the heel and seems to have come on coincidently after i overstretched my left calf muscle. During the stretch I felt something twang but it wasnt painful at all.

Ive recently changed to midfoot striking beeing doing it for a month now, but it doesnt hurt when i run or walk. I stretch regularly too.

JUst to clarify my arches arent sore and there is no pain near the front of the heel where the back of the arch joins... weird can anyone help?

Do you think its just from the strain from overstretching?
