Has anyone got some breakfast ideas to eat in the office?
no messy, no smelly, something you can eat at your desk in the morning a little while after you arrive at office. And that you can eat while working.
Lately some extra work arrived and must start earlier, which means that those leisurely healthy breakfast at home are finish...........................and now i find myself trying to think of alternatives that can be eaten at the office while at my desk.
Can't think of anything. I was used to a nice cooked breakfast at home................like eggs and salmon, so i struggle with this
I already use sometimes those breakfast biscuits, but can someone think of something else?
has someone has suggestions?

Sandwiches? Egg and salmon, perhaps?
You can get muesli bars, or flapjacks (solid porridge?).
Scotch eggs are almost egg and bacon....
Or get up half an hour earlier and have breakfast at home?
These are excellent..... the flap jacks are fab

I took up Graze's offer of a free trial, but it never turned up
Cereal bars?
If breakfasting on the move I often go for a yoghurt. Easy to transport, doesn't spill, just have to carry a spoon around.
That's a shame Wilkie.. well worth trying again... they are very popular and always seem to do a nice variety of things.. perfect for taking to work...
Honey and banana sandwiches
take cereal in a tupperware tub and add milk
buy a cheapo toaster for a fiver and use that
i wish i could convince my wife
KK, I've got a meal here for you.
aha, bragging now.
i thought snack was quite appropriate.
Smoothie in a drinks bottle - soak a few nuts over night to blend with it and it gives it more substance
Graze are delicious, just have to watch the calories in some of the boxes which can be surprisingly high - fine in moderation though
I really like 0% Total Greek Yoghurt with some of my Graze treats sprinkled on top
Starting to feel peckish now!
Breakfast ideas to eat at your desk........try the pencils, the paper clips, some blu tack, the keyboard perhaps if you're extra ravenous.
You can still enjoy your leisurely proper breakfast at home - move your day forward by getting up and going to bed earlier.
Personally, I would rather be late to work than miss breakfast (never happened yet, but I've been close!)
Failing a proper breakfast, black banana sandwich with apple juice and black coffee (and a mug of chocolate when needed).
Yes, Gareth, I already tried that but my managers were not impressed......................especially the keyboard...................too expensive to get froom stationary budget.................................
and blue tack too chewy....................
When I started with Graze ...( late 2009/early 2010 ish I think), I had several boxes that were over 220kcal. I changed all my preferences quite soon after and I still only get things from a list of 20 or so items, maybe they've nixed some of the higher calorie things since then?
But foccacia, flapjacks ... they aren't exactly what I expect in a box of 'healthy' treats, even if the portion is small enough to be around 200kcals. I can easily have healthy snacks if I'm just going to have micro-size portions of normal food
Thank me later
