A busy woman with a running agenda...

Tonight sees 42 weeks of training complete with what should be only another 6 weeks to go until my ultra race... and then the goalposts get suddenly shifted,again!

My blog has seen me through these 42 weeks of training - highs, lows and indifference.  I didn't foresee just how the effects of endurance training, without any injuries, can still prove to be a blockade!
