Ghost Run - five miles of terror

Anyone on here doing the Ghost Run in Portsmouth this Friday. I've just entered this, after a decent run in yesterdays Great South Run. I've had a look on Robs website and it sounds like a good event. Not quite sure what to expect though, or is that stating the obvious given the time of year.
