Did my 31mile training run today, my longest ever run, and it went well and I feel good possibly could be the adrenaline masking any pain, but I am feeling more confident about my ability to do this ultra now.
hows your heel griffo65 hope u will be o k for sat looking forward to it although I have managed to pick up a bit of a cold and a blister on my foot blaming my royal mail shoes for that but went for a run tonite and seemed o klast day at work tomorrow before sat so I can try and rest
Now that the dust has settled and my legs work, I actually feel pretty pleased with myself for finishing on Saturday! and am even contemplating returning.... and I've been looking at other Ultras. Think I'm hooked!!
