Bungay Marathon 2013

Thought I'd start a thread about the Bungay Marathon on Sunday 14 April 2013. This will be my first Marathon, so a lot of the training is currently uncharted territory. Anyone else done this race, or thinking of entering? Would be good to get your thoughts?

Hi there,
Only just seen this mesage. I have run the Bungay half twice and it's not the easiest of courses. I'll be stepping up from the half to the full this year. The course is pretty hilly for the first few miles then flattens out, so you've sort of got four races in one with it being a two lapper. You get some good support on route as it goes past a couple of pubs. Great little race, Bungay Black Dog do a great job organising this, I am sure you will enjoy it.
