And now, an advert:

My flatmate, Mike, who owns the flat I live in is moving in with his girlfriend, but keeping the flat to rent out.

OK, so here's the deal:

Mid-size double room in nice, spacious flat in Camberwell, London, SE5. Wooden floors, communal gardens, etc, etc, etc. Five mins to Denmark Hill BR and 15 mins from Victoria. Not a bad running area (bit hilly) with 2 parks nearby. Lots of nice pubs/bars. And very handy for A&E at Kings' College Hospital! Oh, and only 40 or so minutes to Greenwich for the start of the London Marathon...

Share with one other, 31-yo man (runner, natch) - ie me. Tea & toast lover welcome.

Mike says it'll be £350 a month, excluding bills (I know, I know, but not bad by London prices!!!). Oh and he says he'll need a deposit and references (landlords, eh!?).
