Edinburgh Marathon transfer place wanted

Hi I am looking for a place for Edinburgh Marathon 2013. I have ran the last 2 years and for some reason I did not apply this year, BUT I have the bug again. So if any body is out there who can't run I will be happy to pay costs and transfer.
