Having reached 40 decided to give running a serious go again, I've been building up the mileage steadily.
Apart from overloading the washing machine, this has also caused me to devour large amounts of food per day.
I think I eat reasonably healthily, but as I've got some book tokens that need using I am looking for suggestions as to a good source of inforamtion and , more importantly recipes for runners/endurance athletes.
I've seen the Marathon Chef book by Michel Roux, is this any good? (There are no reviews on Amazon).
