Lead up to a half

Hi - Just wanting some ideas... have been in training for the Leicester half (on 14th Nov - in two weeks), and its been going well - completed a 10km race in 52 min and enjoyed it!! My two longest runs have been 15km so far.

However, I had to fly half way round the world and back (literally!) over the last two weeks, and now feel that my training is lagging, although I did some good runs while I was away... only 4 though.

What should I be doing for my lead up now? I don't want to over do it as I know I should now be reducing my mileage soon. Should I stay with my Runners World half marathon programme - skipping those weeks I missed, or something else?

I would really really appreciate some advice from the forum- you're the ones in the know!
