Right, you lovely lot! Thank you for posting up your details. I will be going to Expo on Friday, probably early afternoon, if any of you happen to be around and want to say hello.
All you first-time runners - you will have an amazing day! It is a dry special event and atmosphere, as anyone who has run it will confirm. Those of you doing it for the second, third, twentieth time - it's still just as special
Looking forward to seeing you all on Sunday. Just think, this time next week, you will all possess a vastly over-sized t-shirt and a bit of bling
Hi GCE, I was cheering people on at Brighton. Getting training in for this weekend
I'll be there from 8am and it would be good if people could aim to be there by 9am. If you can't get there that early then don't panic. The first runners won't be through before 11:30, but we could do with some help setting things up
I am going to the VLM Expo tomorrow so I can pick up anything that you lovely runners have left for your Sunday needs If any of you are planning to be there tomorrow around midday/early afternoon, send me an email and I'll give you my mobile number if you want to meet up.
I'm only getting the runners details together for Group 1, and have a list of who has been assigned to each group (runners and supporters) so that no group gets too much work. But I also have a spreadsheet for the kit required and another one for the Expo runs
I'm doing a sign for Group 1 too, but don't have time to do them for all the groups
Sweetest thing I am at the expo from 11am today's. I'm meeting two others from the Shades training thread and have pm'd you my number in case you want to meet up.
Eeek! I moved house (=internet down) and i've only just caught up with the phenomenal organisation you guys are doing here... really happy that you'll be my buddies at Mudchute!
My number is 34122 and i'll be wearing a white vest and hat, running for action on preeclampsia. Should be on approx 4.45h pace (hopefully!!)!
hehe! I'm such a moose... that should have read aiming for a 4h 45 finish time ... so should reach mudchute approx 1pm - 1.10pm (depending on start time). Also just looked at the other info, no special needs just smiles, waves and maybs a couple of cheeky jelly babies! Oh, my name's Kate btw..
Does anyone know whether there are any 'tracker' websites for this mara? I ran Paris a couple of weeks ago and they had a great app twhere you could track the runner number...!x

Pops head round door.
Don't forget to say Hi at mile 21-22 tp RE and myself we wil be supporting with the RRR crew.
Big hugs to ST
Group 4 will still be there. The desperately sad events at Boston will make no difference to this supporter.
Run safe, run strong, everyone. Run for everyone who was at Boston. Run to spit in the eye of the lowlives who engage in such destructive cowardice.
Run.
I'll still be running. Am not letting them stop me.
I'll be around at the expo on Friday, but nearer tea-time. Is there anywhere at ExCel to get coffee?
ExCel buildings there are are loads of coffee shops to choose from.
Bonus. I will be somewhere around there on Friday, late afternoon, taking in the caffeine
Thank you ST
Afraid I won't make the expo, but what time should I pitch up Sunday morning?
Really looking forward to it, good luck runners.

And we runners appreciate everything you do for us! THANK YOU!
I'll head over as early as I can.
can I enter the draw for a starting place in 2014 marathon from Australia and pay in $AUD?

Hi Supporters, I'm in panic mode. Have one of you got your sign organised?
If no one else has any great desire to make a sign I can but I warn you that I'm an accountant therefore it will be a) dull and b) on a spreadsheet.
I have begun putting a spreadsheet together of runner details.
Yes, I am indeed obsessed by spreadsheets
Becks, I have 3 spreadsheets for organising this, plus two others that I use on a daily basis to organise my life.
I'm not even an accountant
So are you taking responsibility for gathering our runners' details and I am making a sign?
I'm only getting the runners details together for Group 1, and have a list of who has been assigned to each group (runners and supporters) so that no group gets too much work. But I also have a spreadsheet for the kit required and another one for the Expo runs

I'll do a sign for Group 4 and sort out runner details.
Are all groups in the same spot 1 to 5?
Yes we are. Number 1 is immediatly after the water station with groups 2-5 afterwards in logical order
