Marshalling help in the wilds of Dorset

Hello everyone, Vicky, Ian and Andy at White Star Running are organising the very first Giants Head Marathon and Sydling Hill race on Saturday 29th June. The marathon is already full up, and the 10k is proving popular too (despite making everyone aware quite how hilly the courses are!), and it should be a great day, with many of Dorset's finest involved as partners and sponsors (Dorset Brewing Company, Dorset Tea, Fuel 10k, THE Sydling WI to name a few).

We are looking for volunteers to help on the day, mainly marshalling various points along these rural courses. In return, you will get a pint of something nice from DBC, along with a hog roast/tea/toast/whatever else keeps you going. We are not organising this event for profit, and want to make it a great and affordable event for all runners to enjoy, so it would be lovely to have as many people involved as possible! Cheers
