There's a guy in our club currently on an 18 month streak of running at least 20 minutes every day. He says he finds running tough and if he had a rest day it would likely turn into a rest week, then a month etc. I used to easily outpace him at 5 and 10k, now he's minutes ahead of me.
Agree love Ron Hill too although Ive never read his book, the streak is something I would love to do but with the high daily milage I do a rest day in between is needed maybe one day i'll get a try at it.
