Footwear Recommendation

Hi

I have recently started the Insanity challenge and I wanted some advice on a new pair of trainers.  I am currently using my Asics Kayano trainers but would like something a little lighter and more flexible.  I would still like good cushioning an support.

Can someone please help me an recommend some trainers.  I am looking to spend around £40.
