"Our formula utilizes a powerful new Energy and Focus complex comprised of Taurine and L-Tyrosine to give you an immediate increase in Energy, Focus, and Endurance."
Drink water mostly. This is crap. It can't be an energy drink with 10 calories per serving. That would fuel you for about 160 meters. Don't waste your money.
Calories are a measure of energy. If it contains bugger all calories, it contains bugger all energy. Add a few teaspoons of sugar to this and it'd be an energy drink; right now its an exercise in marketing.
This is trading on the sketchy evidence that taurine can boost mental alertness and/or performance. Well, maybe, but even if it's true the effect is so far down the performance altering list after adequate fluids, sugar and electrolytes that its main boost is to the finances of whoever's flogging the stuff. Drink Robinsons, save money.

10 calories per serving ??
Yes it only has 10 calories and no sugar which sounds great but it does have sweeteners in it...
As to it having banned substances (like the marion jones case) many top athletes in the states have used it and had no problems
... and its an energy drink ?
What is the total carbs ?
I'll stick to Guinness
Dave, play nice
I was trying to work out where the energy came from
That amount of vitamin c will give you the trots if you have more than maybe two in a day
It said this on website:

Does this mean anything to you?
Almost as good as the shampoo adverts full of fancy sounding names that mean nothing
It's just a bunch of chemicals - why it should be "healthier" than a different bunch if chemicals I really don't know.
Not convinced.
