So thats 24 gas camping stoves and a five course fine china teas set...you all know its crazy busy on the feedstation from 6 till about 9 and then 10-1, then its quick pack up and back to HPP to watch the run.
If you freeze a bottle of water and put it in your special needs bag (assuming transition take them from you in the morning), there's a vague chance we can do that for you. (We have the special needs bags.)

Special need bags have to be handed in at registration on Friday or Saturday.
If I ride past and can smell bacon I don't care whether I'm on for a PB or not, I'm turning around and hunting each and every one of you cruel b*stards down.
I'd say if you are driving to the feed station, it would be more beneficial if you'd be kind enough to take people rather than the BBQ. Only because parking there is very limited. The marshals at the campsite all drive shared last year.
More than happy to give people a lift if someone can navigate to the feedstation for me.
Re: BBQ, that will be there for saturday night, I had a strange thought all the bacon sarnies would be being made at the campsite rather than at the feedstation, but then they would be cold by the time they were eaten, dont know why I thought that.
A huge thank you to Button Mushroom who has agreed to bring lots of lovely bacon from work so that we can breakfast on bacon sandwiches at the feed station. I can bring my camping stove and frying pans. Would someone volunteer to bring the tomato sauce, brown sauce and a few loaves of bread please?
With apologies to the vegetarians.
Yay for Button Mushroom!
Know I should have signed up for the feed station this year.
Sounds like you don't need it but if you want any additional camping gas stoves ect... give us a shout before next friday and will make it happen.
Don't be daft lad if you want chips on a camping stove deep fry them in a fry pan using the bacon fat after all these sandwichs have been cooked amateur.
Anyone attemting to cook chips in a flying pan please be sure that the cooking stove is on a firm base and there is no-one around mincing about who might tip it over or generally knock it or Chip frying pan will turn into weaponised fat.
Hopefully Carl will remember our nice yellow inviting boards to put up, can some one bring some canes and electrical tape so we can actually make them stand up
I have some bamboo canes languishing looking for a use so will add them to my list of things to bring. I don't do gardening so not entirely sure where they came from but must have known that a Pirate Feedstation needed them at some point

Quite happy to drive to the feedstation and take peeps with me - providing someone is willing to navigate

Ah well, back to bacon sandwiches and coffee then.

Thanks guys.
So all i need to do is carry a packet of Frazzles or Pork scratchings to slow you down a bit eh?...........
you'd have to close enough to him in the first place for him to smell them - which may be problem for you
Ha, already thought of that...two laps of the southern lap....that will teach him for riding to fast on the first one.
See! I knew its day would come

Is anyone bringing a chip pan too?

Cake thats genius..................., just need to knock up a little tray that will hold a bag of chips on the tri bars
It works mate used it at festival's a few times just make sure you stick the fat somewhere safe after. Oh and no-one tell sarah this or I'm dead.
Ha ha, your secret is safe, we can always use the excess bacon fat as bacon lube
Hmmmmm ... that didn't go to plan. iphone obviously doesn't like the photo

See of Game of thrones for details.

and we do have some blank yellow ones so a dry wipe marker could be good for those 'special' messages of support and encouragement
I'm going to get one made up in honour of Meldy. It will say "due to staff shortages this feedstation will only be open for the first lap".
we had so much fun coming up with the original ones, if I remember correctly we have MC to thank for getting them to us !!

Brilliant!!!
You could follow it up with "because it will take so long for her get round for lap two we will all have gone home"
