Who has signed up to run the Grand Shaftesbury Run this year? There's only a week left the sign up!!
Is anyone taking on the new Aquathlon? Or are you still choosing between half marathon or 10K?
Would love to hear how everyone is using the last 3 weeks or training before the event, and don't forget there's a 1K too so bring your children along.

Chloe - I put a message on the forum about two hours before you! Could you let me know how hilly the 10km route is and whether the route is mainly paths or more off-road?
