Good podiatrists

I'm off to the GP today to hopefully get a referal to a Podiatrist & am hoping that BUPPA will fot the bill.
However I'm very cynical about people who make money by selling orthotics. After all I sell coffee & if someone asked me if they needed a cofee I'd say yes, offer them all sorts of wonderfull coffees & hope they'd have a meal as well.
I know it's been asked before but does any one know a good one?
I hear there's a good one based at Advance performance in Peterborough. Has anyone else got experience of this one or any others?
