Atacama Crossing 2014

My goodness, I wish I'd visited this forum 7 months ago when I started training for the event that just took place in October! 

(or maybe not, as I think it would have scared me more than anything!)

I recently wrote this piece so would love people's feedback and thoughts.

The Atacama crossing was such a fun event, truly brutal in parts but I think it's such a great event made up of great people. 

On reflection, I would probably go into this event treating it as an adventure and remove any expectations of myself to achieve certain times. It would have probably made the whole week enjoyable, as opposed to just half of it!

I'm not sure I'm in a rush to do another, but will be flying to south africa for the two oceans event
