Just been researching places to get VO2 Max/Lactate/HRmax testing done and found a huge price difference so am not sure what I'd be getting.
For instance www.sportstest.co.uk will do a full session for around £150-£200 but there are reports on this forum and other places of people just ringing up their local college sports science dept and getting it for free and/or £30-£40.
Anyone had this sort of test done and able to recommend somewhere?
