Approx 6ft and not very good looking at all...
I'll be wearing a green macmillan vest (original I know), it will however have some logo's all over it, but I'll pop over and say hi as I'll be easily missed as I'll probably be crawling at this point.
at a pace of 10/mm I should be to you at 13:00. I will bring some cash for supplies and jelly babies
I have some family and friends coming on the day too, I'll try and get them along to this point to cheer the other Runners World runners on too!
