Hope everybody has got the nice weather that we have in SE Wales...better than Bilbao by the sounds of it Alehouse?
LMH - been on bike yesterday for an hour as part of the plan. Problem was it was on the turbo and in my conservatory...it was hot! Does it count as warm weather training? Nowhere near as much fun as being outside. Looking forward to longer ride tomorrow. Hope your taper is going as well as it can!

Alex - you can do a lot of quality work on the turbo but even in the garage in the middle of winter I melt on mine.

Not doing too badly so far thanks chicksta. Legs feel like lead, trouble walking up the stairs, an eight mile run feels like a long way when I'm trying to get out of the door, no idea how I can possibly run 26.2miles in nine days.............LOL
