I'm after a bit of advice.
I'm currently on holiday at the mo - last day and not particulary looking forward to coming home, although i am looking forward to getting back to running again.
When I left 2 weeks ago I was about 4 weeks into the Intermediate 10K running plan.
I've been skiing for the past 2 weeks so my legs should still be pretty strong, but can I jump straight back into my training plan where I left off?

If your legs feel particularly tired ease off on one or two of your training runs. You should be back into the swing of things after a week.
Got back yesterday morning. Still suffering a bit of jet lag so couldn't quite face training yesterday, but I'll try a steady run tonight and see how I go.
I need to do something to work off the holiday excess!
