Anyone done the Big Cow middle distance tri? If so, thoughts on course, organisation etc?

I did it a few years a go .. Nice course, good organisation
camping was *very* basic, a portaloo in a field and the swim was like 60 laps of a lily pond
Also did it a few years ago. Well organised. Bike course wasn't on closed roads but for the most part they were quiet as I recall. Undulating, no real climbs. Run was a mixture of on- and off-road, no real issues. A good event if you're looking for a decent HIM without the razzmatazz (and cost) of a branded one.
Did Big Cow a few years ago also, flattish fast course.
Good event and well organised, only downside was the midges the evening before. Glad I wasnt camping.
Thanks all! Trying to decide if I do an IM this year or just stick with a few half's & other bits & pieces, so if it's the latter I think cowman will go on the list!
