London Marathon 2016

Hi my names Rob in 34 from Northampton 

Sadly me and my wife lost our son Theo at 39 weeks due to severe Pre-eclampsia in August 2015. Its been a very tough few months for us, So Ive decided to run the London marathon with 3 of my best mates to raise awareness and funds for the charity APEC

We have run a tough mudder before that it

 

Training is going well , Thought i would sign up in here and ask for any advice from the pro's
