Hello all
Just a bit of advice please... I am training for a half in the middle of March, yesterday I did 11.5 miles, (upping my mileage by half mile each sunday), I always go to the gym on Monday evenings, but didnt know if maybe until after I have ran the half that I should rest on Mondays, (I generally do intervals), the legs feel fine, I feel fine, what do peeps think?

Thanks Cougie - I feel fine, legs are fine but perhaps I will just cross train, quite chuffed I feel ok, took me 2 hours 9 to run 11.5 miles, but I'm more than happy with that!!
