I feel fine now, but am resisting the temptation to go out for a jog so am just back from a 2 mile walk with the dog. Does that mileage count?
It is a definate for Connemara now, Mrs S wants to come too now so LL won't be the only one getting a "massage" after the run, what is he doing on here in the daylight anyway?

the position you finished in your category (in this unfortunately not best looking pub landlord from Essex but Senior Male under 40)
