Anybody got through the prescribed alfredson protocol of 12 weeks before that time? ;and 1. Able to start running again at that stage with success? 2. How did the alfredson protocol feel for you? Eg lots of discomfort or mild? 3. Did it cure your Achilles tendinopathy? 4. Did you run through the protocol?
