3rd marathon comming up in 4 weeks time. Have been running Yassos for my main speed work, up to 10 for 3 weeks now. Need to know what to do over the next 4 weeks.
These are great workouts and I have been using them for the last two years. Like you I am up to ten reps per session with six weeks to go until my marathon. In the past I have not gone beyond ten and two weeks prior to the race I drop them down to six per session. Good luck.
