the full marathon programme is only 12 weeks so that could be january/february start the beginners is 16 weeks which is 4 months so both after christmas so you could keep up the running programme till then and then shift focus to train for the mmoonwalk then back to running having buit up distance endurance with fast walking - so should be a good aerobic and strengh base

I think guys are under similar pressure to be skinny fit muscley gods too
but I guess theres more for women
cos although its not arun its a fast walk
I kno some of you have run marathons but I have not and dont actually desire to (have some aspirations to 10k though)
