Lidl running trainers

i picked up a pair of ladies running trainers for £12, reduced from £16. I dont assume they are high quality. I run a couple of times a week a few miles i am no marathon runner. Was going to use them as leisure trainers but wondered if they would be good enough for a short run or two.

You might be lucky, and be fine with them- after all, people run in al sorts of different shoes, so random chance might mean they are fine. If you start getting niggles, bear it in mind, and get a more detailed assessment at a good running shop. Good luck.
I can always put my gel insoles in and give them a try. If not 100% sure then they fine for school drop offs and rest of normal buzzing around. Thank u for your reply
