First time Half Marathon - MK half - 01 May
Hi, just started training for the MK Half, and looking for running buddies (I am male and too old (54)
I live in the Bedford area, and would like to at least do weekend runs
Aim is to run the MK Half as well as the Bedford Half (02 Sep 17) in a sub-2hr time, so looking at 9m/m pace
