1.5K in 12-20 minuets - 14 year old

I am a 14 year old and I am starting to really get into my rubbing. I am around 6 foot not sure of weight but I would generally say I am quite fit and I am in good shape. So is my running time okay? I ran slower today at 10KM an hour vs 6.7mph last time, where I did it in around 13 minuets. I go to the gym usually twice a week. When I am older I am looking to join the police. Is this good for a start?
