Morning!
Lyrics: When you're weary
Feeling small
For Forumite Wardi and the other residents of Tadcaster?
What: something easy
Why: am taking a few easy days. Illness. Niggles. Both should benefit.
Progress is rarely a straight line. There are always bumps in the road, but you can make the choice to keep looking ahead.

last hard: Saturday
last rest: 8 days ago
Yesterday's lyrics - If I Should Fall Behind by Bruce Springsteen.
Good on you OH.
Hope a couple of easy days sort it all out Alehouse. I'm trying to convince myself that a week off may well be a good thing in the grand scheme of things though I'm also starting to worry that it might be more than a week:-(
What: nothing
Why: injuries
Last hard: not being able to run
Last rest: 19/2
Lyrics - yes.

It is Wabo. Sounds as though you're feeling much better which is great.
Morning!
Glad you did the parkrun, Wabo...and a good idea to do it a sensible pace too!
Well done yesterday, SC!
Hope you don't get blown too far off course, OH!
LMH: a week or two will make little difference to your fitness levels! Will drive you daft though!
What: 3k easy, or rather that is what the watch tells me.
Why: easy few days needed. No niggle signs today but breathing was not the best.
Morning
What: 6 miles
Why: All I could manage
Last hard: Having LHM out of action;-(
Lyrics: Yes
A little improvement today long may it continue and finally my big toe has stopped hurting.
Miles makes smiles.
Progression
Good to see you building backup Poppy - three weeks until the half!
Miles makes smiles.
Progression
13.3 miles done today at a pace that I could have been walking. Content just to get the miles in, battling against 40 mph wind as well as grumbling kidney stone.
Basically Kirkwall HM route with off road variations.
Dried up for run with sun, albeit windy. Sun disappeared and driven hail began as we went for sea swim, which was short.
Good weekend there SC
LmH - sorry to hear your struggling, but think positive, a couple of weeks this far from London shouldn't have a huge impact (unless it becomes more than a couple of weeks)
Been away at Center Parcs, so its been something like this:
Friday - 15 miles before we set off
Saturday - 6.5 miles with my brother around the centre and the trail loop outside
Sunday - exploring the Greensand Ridge walk, with some detours and map reading. 11.5 miles, again with my little brother.
Today - 15 trail miles when I got home as it was a stunning afternoon.
Also some water related injuries from the rapids (bruised shins, elbows and shoulders), but did win the snooker & bowling, mixed results at badminton...
Nice break and eldest made it down from Leeds too which was good. Oh and ate and drank too much as usual).
