Long term cyclist now started running

hi folks as the title says , took up running last month , mainly due to curtailing my cycling. Used to do average 100 miles a week commuting but time starved these days. Anyway kinda went straight into 3-4 mile runs but boy it's amazing what muscles you don't use cycling . Only looking to keep my fitness up and lose some weight and improve my stamina . Quite addictive though this running , currently averaging 9 min miles and crept under that through the week but just gently pushing my legs and lungs! Feels like a total body workout ! Must be a few triathletes on here ! Much kudos to you guys super human in my book.
