My legs feel as if they raced, Chick! The pool will help overcome your gym work!

    No run, LMH?

Wonder if OL is going to run Manchester tomorrow?

stretch those hammies gently, ale. Asymmetric stretches are best.

Managed an hour an in the pool and a 6 mile run on a rather warm afternoon. Spring has sprung. Not complaining B)

    Evening all.

Apologies for yet another pro-longed absence, but still keeping up my streak.
In the meantime, I now have a job (just call centre work, 9 - 6, 5 days-a-week), still volunteering at the Heart Foundation on weekends, and now have a new bicycle (called Rocky), and have been for a whizz round on the bike.

I'll be doing Manchester Marathon but not gonna be racing it, will probably aim for 3:30 or thereabouts, then I shall be focusing on P&D for the Autumn.  Good news is my asthma has improved.

    What: 1 mile.
    Why: Streak maintenance.
    Current Streak: Day 470.
    Lyrics: Nope.
    Have a good day. image

Ollie, good to hear you have a job, and some sensible desicions being taken

I know my running has been improving a little, last 4 parkruns, 21:15, 20:58, 20:37, and then today 20:18 and a top 20 at Swindon Parkrun... happy days

Then moved my Daughter down in Swindon, followed by selling my car, busy old day :-)

    Take care
