Wednesday 3rd May 2017 - A seasoned witch could call you from the depths of your disgrace

Morning.

Lyrics - A seasoned witch could call you from the depths of your disgrace

Hope you've had a safe journey OH.

I may be joining you at Robin Hood Ollie - assuming the old body holds up this year.

Wind picked up here yesterday afternoon too Alehouse and it's set to be a bit breezy for the next few days - where's summer?

What:            short and easy
Why:              being cautious
Last hard:      not just pushing on
Last rest:       29/4

Yesterday's lyrics - London by Pet Shop Boys.
If you think you can or you think you can't you're probably right.

Well I guess I got my just rewards for not wanting to run coz now I am physically not able to run. Left adductor is completely crocked. Luckily I had a physio appointment yesterday anyway so I'm now all taped up and was told to rest completely until the next appointment on May 9. Hopefully we can then start with scar tissue prevention and mobility exercises. It may take a while for me to run again :-1:

Anyway, as long as I am OK to hike by the end of May I won't complain. We have 2 weeks in the Bavarian Alps and it would be a nightmare if I was still grounded then.

Good job on signing up for Bracknell, SC.

OH: Excellent train sprinting skills :D

LMH: Hope the recovery is still going well.

    No to lyrics.

Chester is another Autumn marathon that I hear good reports about. 8th October this year, and one advantage for many is that it is the national masters championships. Literatin from the Overdone it thread was first lady last year, and Dr. Dan from Middle Ground also recommends it: he is doing it again this year.
