Next year I will attempt to run the Malvern Ultra.
I have a number of other events coming up this year and put together a plan to get me through all of them and onto the Malvern Ultra in the New Year.
I would love to hear some feedback from more experienced runners as after doing a lot of reading the consensus seems to be that Ultra training plans are, by nature, difficult to construct.
Anything in red is days to be mindful of other commitments. The colours late in the plan relate to fartlek, hill repeats, fast pace and split runs.
