Pain down my dominant leg

Hi 
I am a regular runner who runs 4 to 5 times a week, usually about 27 miles a week approximately. Recently I started to get a pain in my piriformis went to see the physio whom said that my sacrum have moved she then put it back into alignment. However it didn't end there, went out for a my usual 6-7 mile run at the weekend and discovered a bruise on my soleus when I got back. It didn't hurt when 
 I mildly stroked  it. I iced the area went for a massage a few days later after bruise had gone, and followed instructions run an easy three miles and see how it goes. However not great first 3 mile run was fine, however following a run of 4 miles my Achilles was aching. So haven't ran since which was this Monday, iced the area and elevated. Been there with Achilles before and know what it's like if you keep running. OH and also my bruise came back on my soleus there is obviously something going on in the tendon between the Achilles and soleus. 

Any professional help out there?
