Nausea at high HR

Yey, I can finally make my own thread and not have to hijack old threads!

So I've got this issue where when my HR gets above 173 I start to feel really sick. At 178 it becomes overwhelming. If I subtract my age (30,nearly 31) from 220 then I get 189, but this is inaccurate and possibly not my max HR. I'm gonna try to get a proper test but I can't imagine my max HR really is so much lower than 189. Interval training range is near max so I should be fine like that, and the nausea seems to coincide with anaerobic respiration

Does anyone know what this could be?

Meanwhile I'm working with the running formula on the last 4 weeks of white plan. This involves a lot of ST runs, which it describes as running very fast but not quite sprinting. I measured my HR during these STs and it's between 168 and 173 if I run 1 minute at a time at 8mph, so the low end of anaerobic range, I hope this will allow me to build my anaerobic resistance
