Friday 23rd February 2018 - Time, time, time See what's become of me

Morning.

Lyrics - Time, time, time See what's become of me

It's cold and forecast to get much colder here over the next few days - where is spring?!?

It doesn't sound as though you have much time for running between the new job and all the tests RFJ.

What:             easy miles/maybe a swim
Why:              underemployed again
Last hard:      not overdoing it
Last rest:       24/1
If you think you can or you think you can't you're probably right.

    Morning!

Yesterday's lyrics were "Young Americans", David Bowie.

I know today's, although can't think who it is by.

Yes, still winter for at least another week!

    What: may swim later

Why: makes a change from the exercise bike and is supposed to help my back
Progress is rarely a straight line. There are always bumps in the road, but you can make the choice to keep looking ahead.

I'm with you on the lyrics Gobi - time -place- person :-)
So much for the rest. Walk down to town for pre-match beer and walk back.
Google Kymin and Monmouth and you'll understand. No buses - no taxis- but now watching what is loosely described as rugby.

I'm watching the rugby also: would be better to be watching in France rather than the Griffin and the oak.
Couldn't face swimming, or rather couldn't face coming out of the pool into the icy cold wind.

Enjoy the nationals Dustin. Was hoping to go but would be silly at present! There's always next year!
The national has always been special: watched my first one as a ten year old at Western Park in Leicester. The only runner I remember was the bare footed Bruce Tulloh.
