Tough run this morning running into a head wind it felt I was standing still but big girl pants pulled up and got the job done.

Sorry for not posting much lately
SC - Unlike you I have lost my entry fee for todays race, no didn't sleep in this morning, but body said no to doing a 16m off road run with poor weather coming in, a tired head and body from the new job and commuting all combined is not a great plan..... hoping that next week I don't make it 3 in a row as have Gloucester 20 next Sunday, thankfully a lot closer..... and some club mates doing it.
so pre parkrun miles (3.1) parkrun in a very windy 22:13 for 24th followed by some post parkrun miles 3.15).
May go out later after watching FFC on the TV

Although it was very cold and windy with some heavy snow flurries this morning's run was strangely enjoyable, snow has set in and is settling now so no idea what will be possible tomorrow but at least I managed to make this week a good one.

Fleet called off, as is Eastleigh 10km. Reading still on as far as I know.

This weather is horrid.. literally let today with a blue sky and got caught in a blizzard. Maybe the treadie tomorrow if I cannot run outside.
