Dyshidrotic Eczema on Feet

HI All, i have started suffering from this over the past 2 months for some reason and cannot find out what has caused it. I have been running for years and no real changes in clothes, washing powders etc. I have been told by doc that nothing they can do as its common! The usual anti fungal/Steroid cream i was given but its useless! HELP!!
