Can anyone help?
Anytime I begin to start running, I get what I can only describe as a sensation that's half painful, half tired at the base of the Latissimus Dorsi.
Has anyone experienced any lower back pain only when running? If so, what did you do to correct it?
I am throwing myself on your mercy as I have had it and am a few weeks from packing it all in.
Am I better going to chiro, physio, massage?
