Is running in blocks or multiple days in a row better then everyother day .
Currently can run 4 miles at a 8:30 pace average.
What can i do to increase 1.5 mile time ? Currently clocking 12:10 and have basic in May...
Currently doing 5-6km run on lets say Monday i then do 1.5 mile best effort on Tuesday and Wednesday i do 5-6km or simply follow C210K currently on week 9
