I have a bunion on my left foot which i suspect was from wearing pointed work shoes for years in the city.

When i exceed 40 or so miles a week or put in a lot of speedwork it gets sore and swollen.

I've got a marathon at the end of October and doing the Lakeland 50 next year.

Any recommendations on road and trail trainers.

I'm considering maybe having an op but heard some horror stories.

TBH alot of the pain is probably a bit in my head.

Anyone else suffered/ suffer from a bunion and how do you live with it.
