I've been using a Garmin 220 for a long while, and SportTracks software. But my Garmin is on its way out (unusably short battery life) and SportTracks for desktop is now no loner supported. So I bought myself a Polar M430 and I'm trying to switch over to using Polar Flow. I must say it's frustrating the hell out of me - it's sluggish, with all kinds of things I have zero interest in but seemingly great difficulty doing the simple things I do want. Case in point: I just want to see what runs I have done this week, and what the total mileage was. That's pretty much it. I can't find a way of doing this. I can see what my total activity was, for both running and cycling, but I can't see totals by activity. This is such a basic point that I think I must have missed something. Can anyone help me out?
