</div><div>I’m a 400m runner training for the Paralympics, and I’m looking to change up training a little as I always seem to come 4th at major events. (Don’t get me wrong, 4th is great but it’s also very annoying! 😅)
I struggle with injury when doing volume and was looking to start swimming for endurance. My cardio is TERRIBLE and I’m naturally a better 100m/200m sprinter but it’s seems the 400 life picked me instead.
</div><div>Has anyone taken up swimming and seen running times improve?
Any advice is much appreciated.
